Sibusiso Desmond Pheza

Managing Director:

Sibusiso completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting at the University of the Western Cape. He then commenced his three year articles of clerckship with KPMG from 1995 to 1997. In 1998 he joined Escom, initially in the Internal Audit environment and later, in 2001, moved to the Treasury Department. He staid there until he left the organisation in May 2004 for Fincap, a specialised finance house where he headed the Structured Financial section. In September 2004 he joined Inkaba Logistics as its Finance Director and left in February 2005 for the position as Chief Axexcutive Officer at Vally Junction Logistics. Sibusisos' skills and experience include the following:

    -    Financial Accounting and Management

    -    Taxation, Auditing (Including Internal)

    -    Costing and Managerial Finance

    -    Company and Commercial Law

    -    Treasury and Corporate Finance

He also has experience in Business Consulting, Bussiness Plan compilation, Accounting Officer for Closed Corporations, etc. Sibusiso is registered as an AGA (SA) with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and also holds membership with Institute of Internal Auditors and ABSIP. In this capasity he can act as Commisioner of Oaths.

He holds senior directorships with Inkaba Properties, Inkaba Group, Inkaba Coal, Lengau Logistics and Silwer Unicorn Trading, an operating coal mining company.

Christo Terblanche

Operational Director:

 Christo is an ex-military officer who "semi" retired after 14 years of service from South African National Defence Force with honours and 5 years experience in the Middle East, Afghanistan and Africa, and has excellent management knowledge and skills. This is due to the various key positions he had been utilized in by the South African National Defence Force. For example, he served with honours in the SANDF Special Forces, at the SANDF Headquarters; worked as personal staff for the Chief of Logistics for the SANDF. During his tenure in the SANDF he became an expert in the fields of:

·             Day to day maintenance on facilities (buildings)
